JOB OCCUPATION: The Lounge Supervisor.HAIR: Ace is proud to be ginger. His hair is usually kept at a shaggier length and often quite messy. He's had it shorter, but ultimately prefers it on the slightly longer side since it doesn't make him look quite as ghastly that way – his own opinion.

SCARS/BIRTHMARKS: A few from childhood and teenage stunts, nothing too severe.
TATTOOS: None yet, but he's working on a few ideas.
PIERCINGS: None.
PLAY-BY: Rupert Grint!LIKES: Swimming, summer, sports, football, being outdoors, skateboarding, cold drinks, lots of ice in his soda, bubblegum, trying silly stunts, going home, dating, boxing, loud music, working on cars, video games, busy bars, drinking games, dogs, camping, apples, sleeping in late, action movies, silly t-shirts, fantasy games, card games, the gym, parties.
DISLIKES: Falling out with friends, upsetting people, hangovers, dark rum, winter, cold weather in general, sunburn, leg cramp, hospitals, the flu, animal cruelty, popcorn, romantic comedies, clingy girls, people who moan about everything, people crying around him, birds, funerals, roses, minimalistic 'style', headaches, strawberry milkshakes, unnecessary violence, the big lies.
FEARS: birds, losing the people he loves, churches.
SECRETS: He spends many a night playing MMORPG games. This doesn't quite fit in with the bulk of his personality so he keeps it to himself for the most part.
PERSONALITY: Ace like to think himself a funny man. He's a typical guy who likes girls and cars, but there's more to him than that. He's considerate and kind. Ace is the type of guy who will go out of his way to help others, though he sometimes has a habit of putting his foot in his mouth. He's quick to act, but doesn't always make the right choices when it comes down to it. A sporty guy, Ace wouldn't necessary call himself a gym buff, but even if it's just watching the game it's all part and parcel of it in his mind. He's a social butterfly and the right guy to turn to when it's time for a good party, since Ace is sort of a party animal. He's sweet and knows his manners, but he's also clumsy and the farthest thing from elegant most of the time. He's got a nasty temper when pushed and it can easily flair up whenever he's having a bad day or being poked at a little too much. He's confrontational and so far in his life there has been no one who can talk him down when his temper kicks off. Usually he needs to either have it out with another person or he needs to find a punching bag. He's no stranger to fights, but that doesn't mean that he enjoys them because he hates them more than most other things in his life. He's unlucky in love since Ace has a terrible habit for falling for the girls he can't have for one reason or another. Sometimes it's been the girlfriends of his best friends he's developed feelings for, other times it's his sister's friends (who are totally off limits, apparently), once there was a teacher he developed a crush on...but that's not to say he doesn't date. He dates frequently, and is a flirt and a half, but so far the intense feelings have only ever come up when he knows the girl is totally off limits. It's going to land him in trouble one day if he can't break out of the habit first.MOTHER: Clarice Mabel Winters, 49.
FATHER: Gavin Laurence Winters, 54.
SIBLINGS: Brooke Victoria Winters, 26
OTHERS: N/A.
PETS: Walt, a bulldog lab mix, aged two!
HOMETOWN: Little Rock, Arkansas.
HISTORY: Clarice and Gavin had a rather uneventful start to their relationship. They met when they lived in the same grungy apartment building and they would often do their laundry at the same time and spend an hour a week just hanging out in the basement, chatting while they shifted through whites and colours. Eventually they started grabbing coffee together and then one thing led to another, as they say. They married in the early spring where the air still smelt damp and the blossoms were quite open just yet. A year later and Brooke was born. Another two years went by and then Clarice fell pregnant again and this time they had a son. They were the perfect little family, at least for three years.
An industrial accident happened when Ace was three and it left his father deaf. Gavin hoped that over time something would come back but it didn't. The family learnt sign language alongside him and over the years Gavin developed a keen ability to read lips. He made a few comical mistakes here and there, but they kept him in high spirits and often kept people laughing rather than feeling awkward around him. Aside from that slight tragedy, which could have been much worse, Ace's childhood was relatively uneventful. He bothered his sister more times than he ought to, fell out of trees when he tried to climb them and had a few bumps and scraps that only had his mother sighing at the end of each day when it came time to washing the dirt from her little boy.
Growing up he was one of the lads. He played sports, had friends in school and aside from a few of the ginger jokes that were thrown his way on a regular basis things were great. He could laugh at himself, which was a good thing since too many boys in his class threw punches the minute someone thought up a silly nickname for them. His sister constantly shouted about how much she hated having a little brother, but Brooke was there for Ace whenever he needed her to be and that was all that mattered. Plus, he'd hold his hands up and admit that he tortured her more than he probably ought to most of the time. He just enjoyed getting the rise out of her and it was a safe thing to do when he knew he could outrun her. He was a typical boy. He got into scraps with friends, pulled off stunts that landed him in hospital with broken bones or nasty wounds, he flirted with girls when he was a teenager and got into trouble for cutting class at school.
Ace never did anything too extreme or severe, but his most troublesome path seemed to always happen when it came to the fairer sex. He, like most teenage boys, went to school and checked out the people he was attracted to. However, the attraction at sixteen is to whatever pretty much shows enough skin and flirts enough. Ace soon started finding a pattern with himself and the girls he liked most of all. They were all untouchable. For example, not once, but twice he began falling hard for the girls who were dating his best friends. Or they were older, Brooke's college friends, and she would threaten him each time she brought them home and saw him checking them out. There was even a teacher who tutored Ace in maths after school three times a week who managed to get his heart racing. While he dated others who were safer options, he always felt strongest about the ones he couldn't have, but Ace could never decide if it was the adrenaline rush or not.
It was a bothersome trait that accompanied him to New York City when he made the move for college. After almost making a drunken pass at his best friend's girl at his own leaving party, Ace thought it was a good idea to be getting away from home for a bit. He soon learnt that it wasn't enough since the same thing happened twice more during his time at NYU, with the friends he made there. Luckily, Ace was a loyal creature and would never overstep that line, even if his friends did say he acted weird around them from time to time. Friendship means more to him that some potential fling, which is all he thinks it would ever be. So now he's a Linguistics senior, still causing trouble and trying not to kiss the wrong girls. The great wide world awaits him soon, but Ace doesn't think he's anywhere near ready to be facing that.
