PERSONALITY: Although there is an air of loneliness about him, Daniel is often easy going. He can be skittish at times, and he often delves in to his work to keep himself from thinking about the past. He tries not to bring anything up, so he stays as positive as possible. He has a passion for teaching others, which is why he has a personal assistant who is also a student, so he can constantly be teaching, no matter what he's doing.

HISTORY:
Like all stories, Daniel's starts when he was quite young. He was seven when his parents who were both curators at the Metropolitan Museum of Art were crushed by a display that they were attempting to set up. He was always told that his father died trying to save his mother, and unfortunately they were both killed in the accident. When he got older, he decided he was going to take after them, despite the fact that doing what they loved killed them. He was destined to make them proud.

He grew to be fascinated with everything he read about. History, for the most part, and for some of the things he wanted to study, he needed to know other languages. He read books, listened to tapes, and even travelled to different countries to learn all he needed/wanted to know. That's where he meant Sherri, his wife. She was a pilot. Not of a jet, but a small airline pilot. It's how they grew to be so close.. he often sat in the cockpit with her, and eventually they got close. So close, that he proposed to her - in Paris - while speaking French.

The two of them were very happily engaged for over a year.He was twenty seven When he learned he was going to be a father, he was thrilled. He had everything.. he was on the track to be a Professor at NYU, he had just gotten his Ph D, and he couldn't be happier. A week later, Sherri was flying through a bad storm that she thought she could handle, and her plane crashed.

After that, for a long time, Daniel was completely lost. He felt like his world was crumbling. It wasn't until he was approached by a girl named Angelina Nevaeh Grayson when he was Twenty Nine that he pulled himself out of his slump. She showed him that there were younger people out there the same as him when he was younger.. they needed a guide. Once he delved in to being an Archaeology professor with Angela at his side to keep him sane and in check, he fell out of his slump, and began to even start flying in and out of the country again to go on digs, and to just explore, roam, and do business where it was needed.
