HISTORY:
Forgive me, for I have sinned. It's been.. well, honestly I've never done a confession. I never really had to. I grew up with a relatively normal life. Parents who loved me, two brothers, that sort of thing. I even had a boyfriend, who I thought really cared for me. I found out later, all he wanted from me was sex. I'm getting ahead of myself, though. Back home, I went to the university of Memphis for Criminology. I first fell in love with the idea when I started watching certain shows on tv.. I wanted to be the hero. I wanted to catch the bad guys. Who says tv isn't good for you?
One night, I was out star gazing with my boyfriend, Gary, and he started to get a little more hands-y than usual. I of course told him to stop, and he kept going. That's when things started to go wrong.. He started to get really forceful. Smacking me around when I tried to push his hands away, laughing when I screamed.. So, I reached in to his pocket, pulled our his pocket knife, and I stabbed him in the back of the neck. I just wanted him to stop.. The next thing I knew, there was blood all over me. I got scared, and I had to think fast. I used all of my training to do so.
Luckily we were near a lake. Also luckily, Gary smoked so I had a lighter. I won't go in to detail, but I burned his body, and spread the ashes in the lake. After that, I bathed in the lake, getting the blood off of me. I cleaned off his knife, and threw it in to the fire, watching it melt until it wasn't recognizable. After the fire went out, that went to the bottom of the lake as well. I walked back to campus, took a shower, went to sleep, and even my roommate didn't know anything because she was out until six o'clock in the morning.
After he showed up as missing, I allowed myself to shut off the pain and fear I was feeling.. I was a criminology major.. I knew what I was doing. A few months later, I transferred to NYU, deciding to get away from Memphis. I needed to be around my brother. I'm now a student, and I have a job at the Java Hut in my off time. It's a nice distraction.

SAMPLE:Even though Salem was nice, Wisteria had decided to take a trip for a couple of days to Boston. It had been a little while since she had been in a big city, and she thought that a bit of a distraction might be nice for a change. She thought it would be chillier than it actually was, so she wore a sweater over her shirt since it was only a tank top. She realized when she was out walking through the city though, that the sweater was a tragic mistake. She decided she was hungry, so she walked toward a hot dog vendor.
How could she not? It was a city experience that she just couldn't pass up. Just when she moved toward the vendor's cart, there was suddenly a man running in to her, and then the sweater that plagued her with it's atrocious heat was covered in condiments. She gasped and looked up at him, blinking. "I'm so sorry! I really should pay more attention when I walk." She laughed softly. She looked down at her sweater, laughing again. "Don't worry about this, I was going to take it off anyway. It's too warm." She pulled the sweater off, revealing a black tank top that said "Bewitching" in red sparkling letters. She thought it was clever.
Seeing a garbage can a few feet away from them, she shoved the sweater in to it. "I hated that thing anyway. So itchy." She finally looked at the man, this time, taking in his appearance. He was quite attractive, sure, but there was something about him that made her feel strangely.. safe. It didn't make sense. She squinted a little, and bit her bottom lip. "This is going to sound really weird but.. h-have we met?"
