Though this trusting manner has somewhat diminished after she made her way through highschool and now some of her college life. But don't worry about her energy, it's forever alive and happy meet you.

Life as a Bailey has been quite easy. With loaded parents and being the oldest, it was easy for her to scoot on through life. Being at the top of the money ladder also let her climb the rungs in high school. However that meant playing games and with those games she learned skills. Witty, sneaky and clever she learned to wiggle her way through everything. 
&&ARTSY
Being a dance major of course means this fine girl is all sorts of artsy. It's not just this though, she dabbles in drawing and loving on brooding artists. Of course this can mean she has a flyaway whim and non-committing nature. However, being artsy also is why she loves time alone and can reflect on all the beautiful aspects of life. 
&&FLAWED
Despite her happy times, Rose is also quite flawed. She has some trust issues and some uppity snooty parts to her. Being in a family with money has brought out the worst in her at times. She also doesn't always know when to bite her tongue. Her mouth can fire off some rapid harsh words and after they've caused damage she doesn't always know how to say 'i'm sorry'.

HISTORY: Rose Elizabath Bailey is the product of Lilly Elle Bailey and Norman Chuck Bailey, and the oldest product at that. Her parents are a likely couple, and some say that they were destined to marry. With Lilly being from a background of money and Norman being of politics it's no wonder the two live in the same world. Of course growing up, Lilly's parents contributed more than enough of their cold hard cash to Norman's family campaign. The two grew up together and it seemed the wedding was planned before either one of them could say yes or no. Their families were united, and the couple seemed to be happier than ever. It wasn't long before Rose came along, folowed by Lacey, David and Cassidy. Rose, being the first child, was the experiment of parenting and because of this she's turned out a little off the beaten path compared to her siblings. However to recap brief moments of her life is a simple task. Private schools for all her education and social gatherings were the main course. At a young age she was a little dance queen and since her mother failed at being the dance star she wished she could be, Rose was pushed into the spotlight regardless if she wanted it or not. Lucky for her mother, Rose loved to dance and the fact that it was an outlet. She also became interested in other forms of art throughout her years. Life for her hasn't been too harsh although she's had her fill of heartbreaks, drama and BS. But for the most part, Rose is here because her parents put her here...because of their hard work. She's here because she has nowhere else to go.
