JOB OCCUPATION: Java Hut Barista.HAIR: Kensi’s hair is quite possibly her pride and joy. Born a natural blonde, she dyed her hair when she got back from her travels, trying to give herself a fresh start. Now a brunette, Kensi plays around with different styles, and there are plenty for those long locks that fall to roughly the middle of her back.
EYES: Hazel.
SCARS/BIRTHMARKS: Nothing out of the usual for an adventurous kid.
TATTOOS: None.
PIERCINGS: Just her ears.
PLAY-BY: Aimee Teegarden!LIKES: Parties, drinking, history, shoes, handbags, unusual animals, overstuffed animals, birds, sunglasses, infinity scarves, cocktails, coffee, travel, summer in Georgia, a good book, Winter in London, New York, dancing, shopping, the nightlife.
DISLIKES: Hangovers, missing a shift, cats, cockroaches, driving in the city, being late for anything, losing her phone, missing a call from Sloan, housework- though she does it, bad endings, white chocolate, gossip magazines-she has no interest in what the “celebrities” are wearing or who they’re caught with, flat pillows, bad coffee, impatient people, highlighter markers.
FEARS: Having to move back to Georgia, not graduating, mice (but not rats…she doesn’t get it either).
SECRETS: Kensington had a fling with a boy on her trip to Europe. She’d been in Budapest for a couple days and decided to check out the nightlife and met him. It wasn’t for a couple weeks later that she’d realised she was late and started freaking out, thinking she was pregnant. All the tests she took said she wasn’t and a few days later, it was proven true but she’d been terrified she would have to go back to Tybee Island and tell her parents the news and have them disown her. She never told a soul for fear it would get back to her parents.
PERSONALITY: Kensington is a tough cookie with a lot of fight in her. She’s a wild child, a preacher’s daughter and swears like a sailor on a daily basis. She doesn’t have much of a filter and she drops f-bombs more often than she tosses back shots. She might look the part of the preacher’s daughter but five minutes of her time and it’s clear the story past the cover is definitely different. Kensi’s a smart girl with a good head on her shoulders even if she makes all the wrong decisions. She was a city girl stuck on a back country road for far too long and needed to break free. She’s well-travelled having spent a year running around Europe, which was where she found her interest. Kensi realised fairly quickly she was passionate about history. She’s a feisty one, who isn’t afraid to get in someone’s face for just about any reason and she adores people like that, too. Kensi can easily admit to being a firecracker growing up and is proud of the fact that she hadn’t changed much. Like mother, like daughter. She might not be as sweet as a Georgia peach but she’s got a zest for life, a love of what came before and the drive to see things through. She’s sarcastic, stubborn and loves a good time.MOTHER: Annabelle Marsh & 47.

HISTORY: Annabelle Marsh born and raised in London while Simon Summers grew up in a little area of Georgia called Tybee Island. They met in university when they both happened to take the same psychology class, Simon having travelled for school from America. From then on, they had been inseparable. They waited sometime after university to get married but it was a choice neither of them regretted. Simon was a fairly religious man, wanting to put his faith in the church to the next level. He had been studying to become a preacher like his father but he was more open minded than the man that raised him; he had hopes to never turn anyone in need away no matter whom they happened to love. The happy couple moved back to London, where Annabelle was originally from. Simon got a job in a small bookstore, while Anna continued her studies and worked part time as a receptionist in a counselling office; getting firsthand experience. A couple hours after their wedding day, Annabelle sat Simon down to tell him the news; she was pregnant! Annabelle was the wild child of her family after her parents passed away when she was a toddler and she had to move in with her stuffy aunt and uncle in Notting Hill. They tossed her into boarding school after boarding school. So when she found out she was having Simon’s baby, she wanted to keep it a secret from the couple that pushed her to those wild ways. She didn’t want them coming up with some stupid excuse to take her baby away; hell, they’d been shocked when she said she was settling down!
Nine months later, they had a little boy they’d named Sloan William Summers. And not a full year later, a little girl was born. Kensington had been quite the surprise when Anna found out she was pregnant again so soon after Sloan but they were all happy. And with Anna’s degree completed, they really had no reason to stay in London anymore. So when Simon suggested they move back to his hometown for a while, Anna jumped at the idea. Kensington was almost two when they were finally able to make the move, slowly shipping things to Simon’s parents and selling what they couldn’t ship. Simon slowly took over his father’s congregation until it was his completely. Sloan and Kensi were the perfect little kids with the slightly different accents thanks to their mother but they were never teased over it. It wasn’t until they were older that they really started getting into all sorts of trouble. Born a preacher’s daughter, Miss Kensington Olivia Summers got into her fair share of troubles as a teenager like only a preacher’s daughter could. She was at all the bonfire parties, she was one of the first ones to strip down to nothing and run into the ocean during those hot summer nights. Her mother couldn’t help but laugh and say like mother, like daughter. They gave her hell but it never stopped her.
Tybee Island was getting a little too small for the seventeen year old so once she had that diploma in hand; she was packing her bags and heading out. She hopped a plane with her brother and headed back to London first before travelling all over Europe before finding herself in Kalamata, Greece. By then she was feeling she’d travelled enough for the time being and wanted to go to school. She had applied and had gotten accepted to NYU but deferred her acceptance for a year. At nineteen, she’s still that wild child, just more travelled and in a bigger city. What she’d seen on her travels amazed her and when it came time to decide her major, it was easy for her; history. Now she’s just trying to get through the next four years without getting caught.
