HISTORY:
Leandra was just seventeen when her older sister took her to her audition for a new soap opera. She was only auditioning for a small part, but the director loved her so much, he gave her the role of the main family's oldest daughter. She was thrown right in, and that's when she met Bruno. He was only a year older than her, but Leandra was smitten. To her, it was meant to be. Bruno wasn't so smitten at first, but when he was twenty-one, something changed. Leandra was now smitten with a new member of the cast, and Bruno was not okay with that. So he began chasing Leandra. They began dating, being Italy's favorite couple. They got married when Leandra was twenty-two and Bruno was twenty-three. The continued their rise to fame, and when Leandra was thirty-two, she got pregnant with Luca. 

A year later, Nico was born. Nico's childhood was pretty typical, even though he was born in the spotlight. Since it was just a soap opera that his parents were famous for, there weren't crazy fans or intense paparazzi. When there was, their parents always kept them covered up. They never wanted their kids exposed to the world. To them, their family life and work life were very separate. Every Sunday they were in church, sitting in the pews, learning the ways of the Catholics. When church was over, there was a family dinner at their house, which included both sets of grandparents and every aunt and uncle on both sides of the family. Nico and his siblings were often over at their aunts house (mom's older sister) while their parents were off filming. Nico became close to his younger cousin Aldo, and they were often seen as 'double trouble'. 

Aldo and Nico went to the same school (a local private Catholic school), and they were always getting into trouble. As Nico grew older, his family became more lenient with the press. Nico was first shown in a magazine at the age of ten. His parents did an interview about their family life, and each child had their own small interview question to answer. Nico loved being in the spotlight, and he was often seen smiling and posing for the paps. When Nico was fifteen, he was cast as a small, short-lived heart-throb on a show. 

When that part ended, Nico and Aldo began getting into music.  They both fell in love with creating their own sounds. Once they hit the legal age, they began going to local clubs and playing new songs they had created. When they got to the age of twenty, they went to New York to live and start an adventure. They moved into a small apartment together, and when Nico was twenty-three, he got his big break and got a permanent gig at one of New York's biggest night clubs. To celebrate, his family came in, and they bought a bigger apartment. His mom and aunts and grandmothers made a huge feast while the men moved their stuff from one apartment to the other. A few days later, Nico found Matteo on his way to work, and he kept him.
