PLAY-BY: William Moseley!LIKES: writing music, sitting at the piano, playing guitar, strong coffee, stronger tea, working out, darts, billiards, swimming, cycling, the little studio they’ve set up in the apartment, a good song, spending time with Lucy, jetting off somewhere warm, the grand piano his father taught him to play on, animals, Monaco.
DISLIKES: Ignorant people, throwing the first punch, doormat people, homophobic people, awkward moments, bad coffee, toffee candies, falling asleep at his desk, the smell of roses, a boring book, most sports, those people who only like him for his money, early wake-up calls.
FEARS: Losing his sister, getting into a car accident, the yacht capsizing with the family on it.
SECRETS: Addison is terrified he won’t make something of himself and become a disappointment to his dads.
PERSONALITY: Addison isn’t a spoiled brat though he does have the unlimited funds to be one and admittedly can be one on occasion but also refuses to acknowledge that fact. His fathers, yes plural, taught both him and his sister the value of a dollar. Luke taught them how to sew, in case there was ever a need, even if it was only Lucy who took the lessons to heart. Nathaniel taught the pair how to play the piano and Addy the guitar. He was quite the musician and very clever. He enjoyed playing a few tricks as a child but grew out of it a little bit, still playing the role of prankster when it suited him. Because he grew up with two dads instead of the “normal” parental dynamic, he’s less tolerable when it comes to people saying things about it. In fact, given the right circumstances, Addison has been known to throw a few punches. He absolutely hates ignorant people and is stubborn in his nature to write them into his black books forever, no chance of removal. He stopped speaking to friends as a teenager because he’s quite intolerable when it comes to people saying things about his parents. A very big supporter of the LGBTQ community, Addison has quite the open mind and is willing to be a little more lenient but he doesn’t take too kindly to homophobic remarks at all. It’s a hard line for him. He’s a sweet guy, probably a little too flirty but that’s who he is and he’s unapologetic about it.FATHER: Nathaniel Thomas-Donahue & 46.

HISTORY: From the smallest country with the largest millionaire count comes this fairy tale romance. Nathaniel had been born in London, England to wealthy English aristocratic parents while Lucas was born to a Californian athletic wear designer and a former Olympic swimmer. Nathaniel had an older brother who would take over the family title and all that went with it so he was basically free to do as he pleased, which found Nathaniel settling in Monte Carlo with his amassed fortune. He made some excellent investments and came away from the stock market a far richer man than when he entered the fray. That was fine by him. His family had their hands in all sorts of business and when he was ready, he took over the publishing house, overseeing it from afar. London was nice and all but it wasn't where Nathaniel wanted to be. Lucas had followed in his parent's footsteps, becoming a designer. He first worked for the family business but wanted to expand into other territory. It hadn't taken him long before he had a runway show of his very own and was making a name for himself.
Coming out to their respective parents had been difficult for Nathaniel but quite easy for Lucas. His mother claimed to have known his entire life while Nathaniel's parents expected him to hide his feelings, marry a nice girl and give them grandchildren. Two of those things were definitely not going to happen. He was not about to hide his feelings and he most certainly wasn't going to marry some girl just to produce heirs. Nat and Luke met in Monte Carlo at a fundraiser benefit for one thing or another. They both attended so many, it was difficult to keep track. But they were both standing at the bar, needing a moment away from their dates when they met, started talking and hit it off. After that night, they were nearly inseparable. Nathaniel returned to San Francisco with Luke where he was introduced to his parents, who adored the Englishman instantly. Luke wasn't a designer for the family business anymore and he didn't really have a studio to call his own quite yet, having been working out of a spare boardroom in the building.
It might have been quick to most people but they knew and Luke packed up his belongings and moved to Monte Carlo with Nathaniel. They visited London, and Nat's parents where he introduced his soon to be husband to his family. They weren't as pleased but Nathaniel's little sister was overjoyed by the news that her brother had found happiness. It gave her hope that she could, too, one day. Both men wanted children but they didn't want to adopt. It was after a long conversation with Elisabeth, Nathaniel's sister, that they all agreed. She would provide his half of the DNA and Luke would provide the other half. Nine and a half months later and beautiful, healthy baby born was born in Monte Carlo to Nathaniel and Lucas, thanks to Liz. Addison was a wonderful little baby, slept through the night, wasn't overly fussy. It was a miracle really but Nat and Luke didn't feel their family was complete. So they returned to California to speak with Luke's family. He had two sisters and they asked both, knowing one would agree, Megan did and ten months later, a pretty little girl with eyes as blue as her daddy Luke’s was born. Both Lucy and Addison were good kids, neither of them finding anything wrong with having two daddies instead of a mommy and a daddy like their classmates.
Their childhood’s were normal; well as normal as childhood’s could be when one grew up with millions of dollars at their fingertips and the most beautiful country in the world as their home. Having been born only ten months apart, they were put into the same grade, had the same friends and did most of the same things. They were close and Addison was protective over Lucy but they couldn’t be together forever. It was at Lucy’s insistence that Addison go to New York to study music. She was going to New York as well but she wasn’t attending NYU like he was, she had gotten accepted to Columbia University to study pre-law before hopefully moving on to their law school. It had been her dream for as long and either of them could remember. Addison wasn’t about to stand in the way of that. Their father’s bought them a huge multi-million dollar apartment to share. They were so used to being together but also having their space that they wouldn’t have been comfortable in any old New York apartment.
