I don't think you even realize baby you'd be saving mine!

A few weeks ago, Keela had told her five year old daughter, Julia, that once they had the money, they could go to the zoo for an afternoon. And it looked like that day had come. Keela decided not to tell Julia until the morning of, so the little girl weren't lose sleep or bug Keela about when they were going. Waking up shortly after ten, Keela quietly got herself ready for the day, then went to wake up Julia. At first the five year old didn't want to get up, but Keela told her they were going to the zoo, Julia flew out of bed.
Keela laughed then helped Julia get ready. Keela knew that Julia probably wouldn't eat much breakfast, so she had packed some snacks and juice for later. Once the pair were ready, Keela grabbed the backpack she was bring with them and her apartment keys, then they left, only stopping long enough for Keela to lock the door behind them.
A short bus ride later, Keela and Julia were arriving at the zoo. Julia frowned when they first got there and when Keela asked what was wrong, Julia answered with, "Where are all the animals?" Keela had to bit her lip to keep from laughing. Julia had never been to a zoo before, so she didn't know one had to pay to get in to see the animals. "We have to wait in line to pay to get in to see the animals. They're there, you just can't see them from here. But maybe, if you listen real close, you can hear them!" Keela explain.
Julia nodded, but still looked worried. Keela smiled and shook her head. They got in line and Keela was happy to see there were only a few people ahead of them. That meant they wouldn't have to wait to long.
