FEARS: Hurting someone, Fire, getting a call about her father.
SECRETS: When she was twelve, on the anniversary of her mother’s death, she bought a star in her mother’s name. Her brother, Kael helped her by putting his spare money into her piggy bank, but she didn’t know about that until she was sixteen and he took her to get her first tattoo; which was a secret from her father for nearly six months, before spring came and Lottie started wearing sandals.
PERSONALITY: Determined- Lottie doesn’t want to find herself back in Boulder, aside from vacations and visits. She loves Colorado, but Lottie never really wanted to stay there her entire life. Since she’d found her calling in High school, she’s either wanted to work in a musuem dedicated to the classic artists, or open her own gallery.
Charming- Lottie’s got the subtle charm; it’s all in her smile. Because, let’e face it, there’s not much in the way of flirting that she knows. She’s more one of the guys than anything else. She says what’s on her mind, even when it’s dirty and full of innuendos.
Spontaneous- When Charlie gets bored- it’s rare but it does happen from time to time. She just goes out and does something about it. When the mood strikes to do something, it needs to be done. When she wants something, she goes after it.
Guy’s Girl- Lottie is the perfect guy’s girl. She’s into all sorts of sports, and Martial Arts. For her, its beer or hard liquor over cocktails and mixes- though she does enjoy a fancy drink from time to time. She’d choose watching football on TV over tickets to the ballet. She plays pool, darts and cards. She can take as much as she gives and still walk away laughing. It’s action movies over romance. She’ll find the dirty innuedos in everything. She’s sarcastic and doesn’t apologize for it. And, when she needs to, or the mood strikes, the girl can make the men drool.
Social- Lottie doesn't like being cooped up in her apartment all the time. She would much rather be out, surrounded by people; even if she's not talking them up. Her current line of work is just what she needed when she moved to the City. Bartending is a very social job and Lots is perfect for it. Admittedly, she'd prefer a sports bar easily, where it was all sports and hardly any flirting, but the Hard Rock Cafe is such as good for her!

HISTORY: As a baby, Charlotte was spoiled rotten. She was the only girl, and the baby of three small kids. Unfortunately, the dream the family had of having the cutest little princess didn’t last long. It was her mother’s dream to have a baby girl, and she didn’t get even the chance to spend three full years with her little angel. Lily was driving home from a spin class one night when she was hit going through an intersection. She didn’t make it to the hospital. And so, with no female influence in Lottie’s life growing up, she basically became one of the guys. Her nickname was quite possibly the only girly thing about her until she grew up a bit more. Kael couldn’t pronounce her name for whatever reason when they were small but could say “Lottie” just fine and it stuck.
When she was old enough, like her brothers, she started Martial Arts lessons. Kendo and Jujutsu like Kael, Karate like both Kael and Gavin. By the time she was twelve, she was already well on her way to becoming a black belt in all three. It was also around this time that she found a new interest in Archery. Her father didn’t want her to practice alone, which was how both her brother’s ended up trying it out as well. Gavin didn’t last a week with the sport, his aim was terrible, but Kael kept it up, if only to help Lottie out. It was also when she was twelve that she’d finally saved up enough money to secretly buy a star in her mother’s name for the anniversary of her death. She didn’t know it at the time, but her brother knew about her little idea and slipped some spare change into her piggy bank at every chance. She didn’t find out, though, until she was nearly eighteen and he told her everything while they were sitting on the patio staring up at the stars; she told him her secret and he told her his.
In high school, Lottie played for the school’s Soccer, Volleyball and Field Hockey teams, always keeping busy. She hung out with her brother and his friends since he was only a grade higher than her. She had her own set of friends, but both groups sort of just meshed together into one big one. Lottie had more guy friends than girls, though she did have most of her teammates as friends, preferring to talk sports rather than make-up and who the hottest guy was; which, unfortunately, most said was her brother since he was older, and they had easier access thanks to Lottie. It was also in High school that Lottie found her passion in Art History. She signed up for a random art elective, needing it to eventually graduate. She thought it would be fairly easy, a simple grade. But she had a good eye for artists, and she kept up with the Art History through the rest of high school.
In her sophomore she started dating her brother’s friend, Scott. But that didn’t last long. Everyone thought they would be together forever. But Scott refused to hear about Lottie’s plans to move away from Boulder. He didn’t want to hear that she was leaving eventually. They broke up shortly after Lottie graduated High school. Lottie, like her brother’s worked at the family restaurant up until she moved away from the time she was old enough to help out. First, she was a hostess, then a waitress and eventually a bartender. She took a couple years off before College so she could save up money and help her father out around the restaurant. Both her brother’s were off at College and she was the only one living at home full time. Eventually though, she applied to a few colleges, for Art History and was accepted at NYU. She added a minor afterward; figuring being bilingual would come in handy for any travel she may have to do.
Lottie crashed on a friend’s couch for her first couple months in the Big Apple. Surprisingly, it didn’t take the petite blond long to find a job. It was a bartending position at the Hard Rock Café, so she knew she could do it and she had the experience; and another month and a half before she found a decent enough apartment for herself. Charlotte was in New York City for a total of five and a half months before she found Kael sitting outside the brownstone her top floor apartment was in, needing a place to stay. She knew the new job he had was only a small part behind him being on her doorstep. She knew well that he had enough money saved up to find his own place. She knew he was there because their father worried about his little girl more than he liked to admit. And now he didn’t have to worry as much, “Big Bro” Kael was there to save the day, yet again.
