DISLIKES: People interrupting her, Uncomfortable Wooden Chairs, Romantic Comedies, Stupidly small bags that carry nothing, oversized bags that have everything but the kitchen sink, her cell phone bill after she calls home, math, science, books turned into movies, losing pens when she just set them down for a second, being clueless about something.
FEARS: Losing her job, Having to move back to California, Rocking climbing, falling in love again.
SECRETS: Fallon had been engaged for a couple of short months to her College Sweetheart. She went to visit him at his office- he worked for his family’s business, and found him in a very compromising situation with his co-worker, whom he’d claimed he’d been working on a “project” with. Did she mention his co-worker was a guy?
PERSONALITY: Fun-loving » Fallon loves to have a good time. She doesn’t go crazy party girl twenty-four/seven but when the mood to dance strikes, she answers the call. She does love the club scene. Music is a big part of her life, and something that helped her get through her angst filled teenage years, her disengagement.
Determined » the young blonde Professor is a relentless one. She won’t give up until she accomplishes what she sets out to do. She won’t give up, and she’s very stubborn about it, often going to the point that she gets sick; but that’s usually only when it matters.
Realist » After the disastrous relationship that ended horribly, Fallon isn’t looking for Prince Charming or anything along the lines. She’s a bit afraid of falling in love again, though she won’t admit to that. She just wants to keep on thinking that relationships should be based on just the physical and that “love” is a chemical reaction and not “love”.
Funny » Fallon likes to think she’s funny when she’s around friends. But really, she’s won’t be the next big comedian to walk the stage of Gala after Gala and Comedy Specials. And sometimes her “funny” comments get her into trouble but she can hold her own and gives as good as she gets.
Fashionista » Fallon loves fashion. To say she liked fashion would be a terribly inaccurate estimation. Rodeo Drive was a favourite shopping area, though she didn’t shop there often and rather chose the department stores and warehouses over the expensive street. She loves doing makeovers with her friends and accessories are her friends; probably the only ones in New York.
Feisty » Fallon doesn’t look like she could do much damage to anyone but given the right situation and chances are Fallon will be the first one to jump into the ring on a friends’ behalf. Flirt with her at the club and she doesn’t like you? Forget it, she’d knock you on your ass without lifting a finger. She has such a way with words.

HISTORY: Fallon had a loving mother and a young father who died overseas protecting his family and fighting for his country. Felicity hadn't even gotten the chance to tell Carter the wonderful news. Felicity wasn't young enough to be naïve about having a baby alone. She had her husband’s pension money from the Army and she had her job as well as some saved up. It was going to be a struggle, sure, but she could make it work. Carter’s brother and parents helped a lot, as did her own. But eventually their baby girl, her Fallon started looking too much like her father that it often hurt Felicity to see the small child. Fallon had so many of her father’s mannerisms and features that the two merged in Felicity’s eyes from time to time. It wasn’t fair to Fallon, but Felicity took on more work, stayed late and paid Fallon’s uncle Trevor to watch over her.
Fallon didn’t notice any of this until she was much older because she’d been given so much as a child. She played sports, she went to work with her uncle all the time, and she attended a great school. But she wondered why her mother could never look at her too closely or hug her for long but then Uncle Trevor jumped in and filled the void. When she was twelve, it really struck her and when she was fourteen, she moved in with her Uncle; unable to keep her mother in such pain. Felicity helped pay for anything Fallon wanted or needed, but she was quite relieved that her daughter moved out.
Fallon worked at Starbucks through high school, even though she didn’t have to, as well as summers and during the first two years of College at UCLA. She lived with her Uncle through College and Grad school, deciding it would be less costly while following in her Uncle’s footsteps in a sense- her Uncle was in the film industry, working behind the scenes as a producer, even owning his own production company. Fallon didn’t want to go that far, but she did want to stay connected to that world. She wanted to teach. In her third and fourth years of College, Fallon landed a job as a TA for a couple freshman classes. She continued with her TA position through the rest of her schooling. Fallon pushed herself all through College, taking extra courses and classes when she could so she could finish sooner. And it worked out. She was 24 when she graduated and finally finished all her schooling. She had barely a week before the end of her TA position, and graduation when the professor she was assisting informed everyone she wouldn’t be back in September because she’d be on maternity leave. With no other options readily available, Fallon was asked to take over those classes.
She did just that, being one of the youngest professors at UCLA, aside from the few lecturers and actors turned Scholars. She didn’t want to teach in LA forever. She really wanted to get away from the West Coast, and her mother. By December, her life once again, turned upside down. She was abruptly single, having been engaged for only a few short months before. All she could say was thankfully they hadn’t fully moved in with each other and she would always be welcomed at her uncles. Fallon had met a boy in College and they dated for a while. And then he proposed to her just before she really started working as a professor. And when she was offered the job, she raced over to his office to tell him the good news. He’d been working long hours at his family’s business on a project with a co-worker. When she got to the office, his secretary said she could go right in, she wouldn’t be interrupting him. Boy was Sherry wrong.
Fallon’s world shattered again when she saw her fiancé up against the desk with his very male co-worker; such a compromising situation. She tossed the beautiful five karat square cut diamond ring at his head, told him to lose her number and informed him she’d stop by his apartment to get whatever she’d left there and she’d leave her key then. After that she really threw herself into her work; making sure her new students were excited, interested and actually learning something from her. She only had about a year so she was looking for another job, and stumbled upon the NYU one and applied. She went through the countless interviews but didn’t really think she’d get it. She had half a year under her teaching belt. She didn’t have years of experience, didn’t have dozens of recommendations. She was hopeful but not altogether optimistic.
When she got the news that she’d gotten the job at NYU, she was polite and grateful on the phone… and then she hung up. She turned into some fan girl, squealing and jumping up and down with excitement, it was her break; her fresh start away from California. The actual professor Fallon was subbing for was coming back early so it was almost perfect timing. Fallon told her Uncle as soon as she got home and within three months, Fal was packed and moving 3 000 miles away from her favourite person. She’d be alone in the Big Apple, but Fallon was quick to make friends with her students and co-workers. She was determined to make it work; if only so she wouldn’t have to go back to Trevor a failure.
