Nirvana silently thanked the heavens for the excuse to stop walking. Bending over she rubbed at her feet a little, attempting to message them through her shoes. Nirv, girl, where's your manners?! She'd forgotten. Straightening up she then proceeded to bow. This was something she learned from a very early age to do in Korea. Did Americans not do it? Feeling slightly embarrassed she escaped the bow and pulled on the straps of her backpack. Hoping she wasn't blushing with the singe of embarrassment she was feeling right now. Clearing her throat, her confidence quickly came back to her.
"Ah, thanks for the welcome," God, seriously? Where's your suave girl? What kind of lame thing to say is that?! Shaking away the thoughts she was caught off guard when the girl, -- no, Eliza -- spoke of being a daughter of Demeter. I-I am too... She thought, completely surprised.
"This would make us like, ban jamae right..?" Nirvana though aloud quietly. Blinking slowly she tilted her head at Eliza, "I'm Nirvana, daughter of Demeter..." The last part she said slowly, also making sure the word daughter got across so at least one person knew she was actually a girl but also, it seemed surreal to be here. Furthermore, she still couldn't digest the fact she was the offspring of, like, a head honcho. Nirvana felt a smirk tug at her lips as Eliza spat out everything she wanted to say in one go. Might as well address all questions now.
"No, I actually have no idea really. It'd be nice if you filled me in on what this camp is. Sports camp? Arts and crafts? Girl scouts? Wait no, don't tell me, we're being sent here for hard labor. Dear god. I can't! Tell my father I love 'em!" She droned on jokingly. Great going, she probably thinks you're a freaking lunatic.
